Document workflows bring property information and team context into a conversation. The Transaction Agent is designed to help surface missing information, summarize readable content and organize next steps.
Readable file formats
The current web app implementation can use readable content from plain text, Markdown, CSV and JSON files. Uploading a file and being able to ask AI about its contents are different capabilities.
PDFs, scans and other files
Do not assume that a stored PDF, scanned contract or image has been read by the assistant. Confirm that its contents are supported before relying on an answer. Ask our team about support for your document workflow.
Check the source
Review generated summaries against the original document, especially dates, signatures, amounts and contingencies. AI output does not replace your transaction team’s review.
