Website and workspace
The public website and the web app are separate surfaces. Website walkthroughs use illustrative records. Account setup begins on chatel.ai; signed-in workspaces open on app.chatel.ai.
Team context
The web app implementation separates team records by membership. Conversations and personal provider connections are scoped to the member. These access controls should not be interpreted as a security certification or a guarantee.
AI processing
When the AI connection is enabled, readable record and attachment content may be sent to the configured AI provider to generate a response. Only provide information you are authorized to share.
Connected services
Connecting a service may authorize access to information from that provider. Availability and requested permissions depend on the connection; review those permissions before granting access.
